These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the registration and orders placed on www3nparis.com
The Seller is a publisher of 3NPARIS.COM products and services for consumers, marketed through its websites (http://3nparis.com). The list and description of the goods and services offered by the Company can be consulted on the above-mentioned websites.
The company's activity is presented and explained as well as the destination of the products - these obligations are imposed by art. L111-1 consumption code.
Article 1: Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.

Article 4: Conclusion of the online contract The Customer must follow a series of steps specific to each Product offered by the Seller in order to complete his order. However, the steps described below are systematic:

Article 6: Retention of title clause The products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price.
Article 7: Delivery methods The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated at the time of the order and the deadline indicated. This period does not take into account the time required to prepare the order. When delivery requires an appointment to be made with the Customer, an appointment via the delivery company is arranged according to the country.
